Do you know how to calculate the number of alcohol units in a 750ml bottle of wine?

It is much simpler than you may think.

It is three quarters of the Alcohol by Volume (ABV) % displayed on the bottle. So;

 * if ABV is 12% then the number of units is three quarters of 12 = 9
 * if ABV is 14% then the number of units is three quarters of 14 = 10.5
 * if ABV is 16% then the number of units is three quarters of 16 = 12
