Brockmans Premium English Gin is new to Paul Roberts Wines July 2016.

Produced using the traditional copper still distillation. Main Botanicals Used: Tuscan juniper, Valencian orange peel, Bulgarian coriander and wild dried European blueberries & blackberries

The distinctive, intensely smooth taste is created from a unique recipe of premium botanicals and a carefully managed steeping and distillation method. The more traditional notes of gin are combined with a refreshing influence of citrus and aromatic wild berries to create a gin taste like no other.

The top note of Bulgarian coriander has an aromatic, gingery orange flavour, which marries beautifully with the softer, more rounded harmonies of blueberries and blackberries and the bottom note created by juniper berries from Tuscany. This inspired combination, together with the dry, bitter/sweet peel of Valencian oranges, elongates the deeper tones to give Brockmans an intensely smooth, beautiful taste.

This distinctive flavour profile makes Brockmans appealing to gin and non-gin drinkers and its smooth and exceptional taste means that this is one of the few gins that can be enjoyed simply neat over ice.

Brockmans is refreshingly different with tonic or ginger ale. To create Brockmans perfect serve G&T, simply pour over large ice cubes; add good quality tonic water; and garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit peel and a few blueberries. Other classics that perfectly suit this gin are a Brockmans Martini or a Brockmans Bramble but with its distinctive flavour profile, mixing Brockmans in gin cocktails creates an exciting new taste platform for mixologists.

The intensely smooth taste of Brockmans is quite distinct from the typical dry and juniper infused London style of Gins. The notes of coriander and citrus marry with the softer tones of blueberry and blackberry to create a remarkable new taste.
