Young brothers Damien and Florent Burle took over from their late father Edmond. They are based in Gigondas and their style is rusticity at its best. There is no de-stemming and the wines have bags of fruit and guts. This Vin de Pays is a classic Southern Rhone blend of 70% Grenache & 30% Syrah. Superb value for money. Drinking very well now but will keep.
Food Match: Works great with casseroles and stews.
