With its intimate and unusual flavours, Bollinger Rosé can be served for afternoon tea, Bollinger-style. It is also perfect for a picnic on a summer afternoon, as a predinner drink or served with a fruity and tart dessert. To fully appreciate its unique style, bouquet and aromas, Bollinger Rosé is best served between 8 and 10°C. Enjoy it now!

Bright rosé with subtle golden hues. The nobility of red berries: hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry; a spicy touch, not unlike Special Cuvée. A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a tannic finish due to the adjunction of red wine; bubbles as fine as velvet; flavours of wild berries.

Food Match: Crayfish, lobster, one-side cooked salmon. Japanese cuisine or not-so-spicy Asian cuisine. Fruit based dessert: fruit soup, strawberry tart, raspberries.

“A fruity and fresh, tangy rosé with peach and apple aromas and flavors and hints of cream and lemon rind. Subtle and satisfying.”

“A wonderful rose that is generous, rich, filled with red berry flavors while still having the core backbone of minerality and tension. A beautiful rose with a lingering finish.”

“Pale-medium salmon with some onion-skin tones. Subtle vinosity, dark-chocolate touches and coffee lees. Savoury and feels complete – made as a rosé, not an afterthought. Delicate mousse, wild strawberry and orange-citrus, oxidative apple, nutty-chocolate lees. Lovely length. Superior to the Special Cuvée.”
