South West Distillery is an independent family company handcrafting gin on the wild Cornish coast. The gin is copper-distilled, flame-fired, and bottled in small batches, creating something truly exceptional.

Tarquin's Brilliantly British Blackberry Gin, with a touch of local Cornish Wildflower Honey, is the latest addition to the Cornish distillery's award-winning portfolio of spirits.

With low sugar content, but a relatively high ABV of 38%, this is a gin that proudly celebrates the great British berry and the result is something really quite special.

Rich burgundy in colour, Tarquin's Blackberry Gin has a delectable aroma of blackberry crumble with wild berries and sweet spice. The palate boasts crisp juniper off-set with notes of summer pudding and frangipani. On the finish, lemon sherbet, raspberry sorbet and the rounded sweet notes of wildflower honey.

Serving ideas:


- 50ml Tarquin's Blackberry Gin

- 120ml Sparkling Wine

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add the gin and top up with Sparkling Wine. Garnish with fresh blackberries and mint.



- 50ml Tarquin's Blackberry Gin

- 150ml Sicilian Lemonade

Fill a High-ball glass with ice. Add the gin and top up with Sicilian Lemonade. Garnish with thyme and a lemon twist.



- 50ml Tarquin's Blackberry Gin

- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice

- 20ml Simple Syrup (1:1)

- 15ml Creme de Mure

Hard shake all the ingredients and then double strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with thyme and a lemon twist.
