Provocative aromas of lychee and rose resonate from this black Muscat grape variety. Produced by the Quady Winery in California. This rose-like aroma led to name this wine Elysium, Greek for 'heaven'.
Best if served slightly chilled. An excellent way to achieve this is by storing the wine in the refrigerator, then removing the wine before dinner. By dessert time, the wine will be at the perfect temperature.
Another food matching tip is to pour the wine onto vanilla ice cream. Serve Elysium Sundae with a glass of Elysium!
