Dry, crisp and elegant with fresh gooseberry fruit dominating the senses. Unoaked, the palate is rich in fruit flavours and finishes with the right balance of texture and refreshing acidity.
Sauvignon grapes. Slow fermentation during the winemaking process helps develop the aroma of this dry and fruity wine. The quality of the terroir, within a small village in the Sancerre area, and the expertise of the vineyard, adds to its delicacy.
